Founded in 1991 and continuing its success under the leadership of Gordon F. Sherman, Ph.D., Executive Director Emeritus and Deardra Rosenberg, Director, the Ann Robinowitz Education Center is designed to meet the educational and specialized needs of people with learning and associated differences, including dyslexia, along with families and professionals in the field.
The Center acts to increase the public awareness of learning differences and dyslexia and provides information and support to community organizations and businesses internationally.
The Ann Robinowitz Educational Center offers tutoring with the latest research-based methods, educational evaluations, and professional development opportunities. The Robinowitz Center organizes seminars/conferences dealing with all aspects of learning and social skill differences for parents and professionals.
We provide the best professional development workshops and training to educators of both public and private schools. All professional development opportunities are based on the latest and best research-based methods and materials.
The Mission of the Ann Robinowitz Education Center is to improve educational outcomes for people with learning differences and to empower them to become accomplished, dynamic members of society.
We will achieve this through evidence-based instruction for our students and expert professional development for educators.
